Why This Ministry

I was born into a family that loved and served the Lord Jesus. I remember growing up with Bible stories and family bedtime prayer. When I was 12 years old, my parents announced that they were becoming Catholic. I was the kid who always asked, "Why?", and I wasn't going to be a member of a church just because my parents said so. I started learning everything I could about religion in general and the Catholic Church in particular. The more I learned, the more I loved. This love grew into a desire to serve the Lord as a Catholic priest.

I've always loved tinkering with technology. I can remember my first computer. As soon as my home got the internet, I started experimenting with building myself a homepage on Geocities. Within the first year of ordination I had started podcasting my homilies. This blog was born in the summer of 2007. It combines my love for human-friendly technology with a passion for preaching the Gospel. The website you are reading is the 4th version of the blog. Thanks for being part of my journey!
