Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord. Like an experienced mountain climber, Jesus ascends to the top of the cliff. He takes his seat with his feet dangling in the air and attaches us to the Holy Spirit. This lifeline allows us to have Jesus' full attention. He sends us peace and blessings and we offer him praise and love, pain and suffering. He accompanies us on the climb into heaven. Be not afraid!

Meanwhile Jesus holds the other end firmly and gives me his full attention.
